At Rehobaura, we are committed to providing you with a satisfying shopping experience. If a product does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return it.

1. Eligibility Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Be new, unused, and in its original packaging, including all accessories if applicable.
  • Not be a personalized item or a sale item (unless it is defective).

2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at  cotact@rehobaura.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. You will receive return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the product using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you by email regarding the acceptance or rejection of your return.

3. Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
  • If the product is defective, please provide photos of the defect when submitting your return request.

4. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the item.
  • The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to get a different product, you will need to return the item and place a new order.
