At Rehobaura, we are committed to providing you with a satisfying shopping experience. If a product does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return it.
1. Eligibility Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Be new, unused, and in its original packaging, including all accessories if applicable.
- Not be a personalized item or a sale item (unless it is defective).
2. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at cotact@rehobaura.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- You will receive return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Ship the product using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you by email regarding the acceptance or rejection of your return.
3. Return Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
- If the product is defective, please provide photos of the defect when submitting your return request.
4. Refunds
- If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the item.
- The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to get a different product, you will need to return the item and place a new order.
